A bicycle lies beneath a lorry following a another accident involving a cyclist at Hammersmith Broadway.
A woman was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries following the smash on Tuesday morning at about 10.15 outside Hammersmith Apollo.
One lane continues to be closed.
It is at least the third accident on or near the gyratory system involving cyclists in the past few months. In April a woman died after being knocked down in Queen Caroline Street.
And in July, cyclist Alex Ingram was left with head injuries after being victim of a hit and run as he approached Fulham Palace Road.
