The passenger of a car involved in a four-way road crash in West Drayton last week has died.

The police today announced that a 30-year-old woman died in hospital after the accident, which happened in Sipson Road at 4pm last Thursday, April 10.

Next of kin have been informed, but she has not yet been formally identified.

A 23-year-old man who was in the back seat in the same car, a Vauxhall Astra, remains in hospital in a stable condition.

The driver of the Astra, and of two other vehicles involved suffered minor injuries.

A post mortem will be scheduled.

No one has been arrested in connection with the incident, and officers from the Serious Collision Investigations Unit want to hear from anyone who saw what happened, or has information that could be useful to the inquiry.
