A woman who was attacked in her home has died of her injuires.
Shireen Khan, 41, of Hillary Road, died on Friday at Ealing Hospital, and a post mortem is scheduled at Uxbridge Mortuary today
The mother-of-one was found suffering from neck injuries on Saturday October 4, after neighbours alerted police.
A murder investigation has been launched by Homicide and Serious Crime Command based at Hendon under DCI Nicola Wall.
A 47-yar-old man was earlier charged with the attempted murder at Acton Magistrates Court and was remanded in custody.
