What time is it?
It can be confusing when the clocks are changing - did it move forwards, or was it back?

In the UK, the clocks spring forward one hour at 1am on the last Sunday in March and back one hour at 2am on the last Sunday in October.
The clocks will moved forward one hour on Sunday (March 29), marking the start of British Summer Time (BST).
