The Spanish chef behind Tapas Revolution at Westfield shopping centre has published his first cookbook.

Omar Allibhoy, 29, who owns the Shepherd’s Bush eatery and another at Kent mall Bluewater, is determined to make Spanish food as popular in the UK as Italian.

The Madrid cook’s debut book Tapas Revolution comes out next month and is brimming with 120 simple Spanish recipes.

Allibhoy has worked at Gordon Ramsay’s London restaurant Maze, and has been dubbed ‘the Spanish Jamie Oliver’.
