A brass band, made up of young musicians from the Hillingdon Music Service, treated chilly onlookers to a medley of festive favourites.

A brass band, made up of young musicians from the Hillingdon Music Service, treated chilly onlookers to a medley of festive favourites.

They performed at the opening of the Christmas ice rink in the Civic Centre forecourt, in High Street, Uxbridge, yesterday (Thursday) evening.

Scroll down to see videos of the songs, which included Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer, Jingle Bells, and Winter Wonderland.

The ice rink is open until January 1, but it is closed on Christmas Day.
