NEW Feltham & Heston MP Seema Malhotra has pledged to 'stand up for constituents at Westminster' following her by-election victory.

The Labour politician topped the poll with 12,639 votes, ahead of Feltham Conservative councillor Mark Bowen on 6,436 votes, with the Liberal Democrats and UKIP finishing third and fourth.
