A road was closed for an hour after a three car smash in Harrow town centre.
Firefighters cut a woman out of a wreckage after a van was in collision with two cars at the junction of Sheepcote Road and Gayton Road, in Harrow, at 8am today
Eleanor Touileb was walking to work at the Hill View Dental Practice, in Sheepcote Road, when she saw the smash.
She said: "I heard a huge bang and I looked up and saw three cars had smashed into each other.
"Two passengers got out of the cars on either side, but no-one got out of the middle car.
"The front of the cars were crushed, I was quite shocked."
Watch manager Paul Simpson, from Harrow Fire Station, in Pinner Road, said: "Two fire engines attended the scene and we spent 45 minutes cutting the female passenger out of the car.
"We had to take her out on a back board as she complained of back pain."
The woman was taken to Northwick Park Hospital, in Watford Road, to be treated for neck pains.
