The London Underground is experiencing severe delays this morning due to a number of reported incidents.
Commuters have been affected as several lines have been hit with suspension and delay.
A signal failure at Queensway caused issues on the Central Line, and a further signal failure at Aldgate East is causing disruption on the Circle Line and Hammersmith & City Line.
The Piccadilly Line is affected by an earlier track fault at Northfields.
London Overground services are part suspended due to a signal failure at New Cross.

Commuters using the London underground experienced severe delays on several lines this morning due to signal failures and a track fault at Northfields.
The Piccadilly line was the worst affected, and only now TfL is reporting “minor delays” on the line.
The Circle and Hammersmith & City lines were also reporting delays.
Currently the London overground is reporting “severe delays”, with TfL saying:
No service between Surrey Quays and New Cross and SEVERE DELAYS between Highbury & Islington and West Croydon / Crystal Palace / Clapham Junction due to a signal failure at New Cross. London Underground is accepting tickets via reasonable routes.
GOOD SERVICE on other London Overground routes.
The District line is reporting “minor delays”, with TfL saying:
MINOR DELAYS between Upminster and Whitechapel westbound due to a signal failure at Barking.
Piccadilly update
TfL has released an update on the Piccadilly line issues.
Severe delays between Acton Town and Heathrow Airport / Uxbridge and between Arnos Grove and Cockfosters due to an earlier track fault at Northfields.
MINOR DELAYS between Acton Town and Arnos Grove. Tickets accepted on London Buses, South West Trains and Great Northern.
Piccadilly update
TfL is still reporting severe delays on the Piccadilly Line, although the problem is now resolved.

Good news for Circle line users, TfL is now reporting only “minor delays”.

It’s not just the underground that is struggling this morning, Transport for London is saying:
