TRIBUTES have been paid to a teenager who died after reportedly falling from a ninth-floor Spanish hotel fire escape.

Former Bishopshalt School pupil Tom Ousby, 19, was killed in Magaluf on Thursday last week, just days before he was apparently due to fly back to Britain after spending the summer abroad.

Tom, who lived with parents John, 59, and Yvonne, 45, in Star Road, Hillingdon, described himself on a talent website as a ‘model, actor, musician’.

He modelled for Marks & Spencer when he was younger, and was also a drummer.

A video he posted on YouTube of him playing along to Taylor Swift’s song, ‘22’, has been watched more than 9,000 times.

His older brother, Lewis, has paid tribute to Tom on his Facebook page, saying: “R.I.P my handsome, gentle, little big brother.”

Younger sister Eden tweeted: “R.I.P Tom, can’t believe I’ve lost a brother, yet you will always be in all of our hearts.”

It is believed Tom’s older brother, Jake used to play for Brook House FC in Hayes as a child. Tributes posted by pals included a picture of Tom’s name spelled out in candles.

Reports say paramedics battled for an hour to save the part-time model following the incident at the four-star hotel Atlantic Park Hotel.

It is believed he went to Magaluf this summer hoping to work as a DJ but instead took a job promoting bars and boat trips.

Friend Danielle McCabe tweeted: “Thomas William Ousby has the most amazing energy I’ve ever met in a person, I truly adore him and cannot understand why he’s not here.”

A Foreign Office spokesman said: “We were notified on August 3 of the death of a British national in Spain and are providing consular assistance to the family at this time.”
