Two men will face a judge accused of manslaughter after an assault ended in a father-of-five’s death in Hillingdon.

Friends of Rakesh Desoura - known as George - took to social networks to pay tribute to the 42-year-old after he died from a heart attack following an argument that broke out near the parade of shops in Ryefield Avenue on Thursday (September 18).

Police officers called at 12.55pm to “reports of an assault” at a property in the same road discovered Mr Desoura unconscious and being treated by London Ambulance Service staff.

He died at the scene around 2.10pm and the result of the post-mortem examination held at Uxbridge Mortuary in Kingston Lane, Uxbridge, the following day gave the cause of death as “a coronary heart attack caused by an assault”.

Mr Desoura described himself on Facebook as a tour operator for Morocco working under the name Atlas Tours and Apartments and a former pupil at Featherstone High School in Southall.

Friends of the married father-of-five posted tributes on the site.

Anup Kanda said: “RIP George Desoura, our brother. We will miss you dearly still can’t believe you have left us, you will be missed, guess (chai) needs you in heaven more than we need you here.”

Yassine Sekkat said: “My deepest sorrow for the loss of my good friend, He was an amazing person with a great soul , may he rest in peace and in heaven.”
