Three suspected drug dealers have been arrested after stashes of cannabis and cocaine were discovered inside a Dollis Hill flat.

Two youths, aged 14 and 17, were caught with the illegal substances along with a 22-year-old man, during a dawn police sting at the property in MacKenzie House, Ainsworth Close.

Teams of officers from Dollis Hill Safer Neighbourhoods Team, Brent's 24-hour response unit and the Dog Section, executed a search warrant at the flat at 7.30am, on Tuesday last week, and arrested all three suspects for possession with intent to supply controlled drugs.

The men have since been bailed pending forensic examination.

PC Ceri Rees, from Dollis Hill Safer Neighbourhoods Team, said: "This is a positive result for the local community, who have been subjected to continuous drug-related anti-social behaviour.

"These arrests and the recovery of Class A and C drugs demonstrate that working together with the local community, we can resolve local issues and tackle crime."
