The woman who died after a horror car crash in Harrow has been named by police as 31-year-old Faye Norris.

Touching tributes were paid to Ms Norris, who lived in Hayes, on the getwestlondon Facebook page, and a crowdfunding website link has been set up to raise money for her young son Harley.

In just two days, a stunning £2,145 of a £5,000 has been raised.

Family member Maxine, who set up the page, wrote: "Tonight with a very heavy heart I learned of Faye's passing. Something that will fill all of us with great sadness, the world today is a little less brighter because of this. Faye, you were one of the bubbliest people to ever walk the earth.

"We all know how much you love Harley and would do anything for him and for that reason this page will continue. We know that you would love for him, when he's ready, to do something special for himself with this money raised."

She was travelling in her Vauxhall Corsa when it hit other cars in Eastcote Lane, Harrow, on Saturday, December 27. Since then she remained in hospital, but this Saturday died of the injuries.

Friends took to Facebook to pay tribute.

Ann Moore wrote: "My thoughts r with Faye family & her beloved son love from her neighbour. God rest her soul. Will b greatly missed xxx."

Katheen Foster said: "So heartbreaking and sad my thought go out to family and friends. Rip Faye x."
