I requested a 'call-back' which never came, and on phoning head office at Boreham Wood, I found they were completely disinterested about my being unable to contact the branch, merely offering that Head Office was there to help people with problems, not to just dismiss them out of hand.
I have had several similar problems in the past, where promises by the Support Team of a call-back from the branch never materialised.
As an alternative, I could spend the time and trouble to travel to my branch, now moved to Pinner, but this is not very green when a telephone call should suffice.
