Children in Harrow as young 11 say they know older teens who regularly carry a knife, new statistics reveal.
The research, commissioned by Harrow Council at an anti-violence music festival, found that nearly a third of the borough's under 21-year-olds said they knew someone who routinely carried a knife and one in ten young people had personally been affected by knife crime.  
The findings emerged from a questionnaire issued by the council at the Under One Sky music festival held last month which was attended by 12,000 people.
