Teenagers charged after alleged assault in Uxbridge

Three men appeared at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm

Three teenagers have been charged following an alleged assault in Orchard Waye, Uxbridge.

Police taped off the road after the incident on September 8.

Jacob Benbow, 19, of Wise Lane, West Drayton and 18-year-old Billy Scarott, who lives in Orchard Waye, Uxbridge, have been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Brandon O'Leary, 18, of Kew Close, Uxbridge was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon.

All three were charged at a west London police station on September 12.

The men appeared in custody at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court in Harefield Road on Saturday, September 13.

All three were released on bail and are due to appear at Isleworth Crown Court on Thursday, September 25.
