The fourth annual Isleworth Street Party is gearing up to be the biggest yet - and there is space to grow it even further.

The event held in Church Street and in the grounds of the All Saints Church will take place on Saturday June 7 from noon-6pm.

It is the second event of the year to come under this year’s Inspiring Isleworth umbrella which is the group created to unite the community together.

Once again the committee in charge of organising it is being led by Adrianne Mead from the London Apprentice pub.

Local groups from All Saints & St Bridgets Churches, the 3rd Osterley sea scouts and the Old Isleworth Rugby Club & Lions International will also be taking part and fundraising for themselves.

For the first time local traders will be able to promote their own crafts and hobbies by selling them to the public.

The nominated charity for the Street Party is Friends of Cathja, a registered charity set up on a barge in Isleworth and home to a therapeutic project for Hounslow residents experiencing mental health problems.

Funds raised will go towards the purchase of a mini bus for the charity.
