Local families and friends gathered for the annual Pinner Village Show where there were cakes, knitted hats, food stalls and a variety of activities for all.

There was a mixture of food on offer, a French market, cake stalls and lots of fun activities for children.

The regular Duck Pond Market was there alongside the French market, and Pinner MP, Nick Hurd was in attendance.

The event took place on Saturday, September 13 in Pinner Memorial Park, Pinner and is sponsored by The Rotary Club of Pinner.

The ladies of HAWI dressed up in 1950's style costumes and had a stalls with  home made cakes and knitted hats.

The show takes place every year in September, it was started in the 1980's by Pinner Round Table and since 2005 has been run by The Rotary Club of Pinner.

Glyn Watkins from the Rotary Club of Pinner said: "Over the years, The Pinner Village Show has grown considerably and this year's event had one of the largest attendance's ever.

"With the variety of stalls, demonstrations and rides along with the perfect weather, it provided a great day out for young and old alike. Everyone seemed to have a great time and Rotary Club of Pinner look forward to organising the event again next year."
