FASHION students multi-tasked for their end of year fashion show by making the clothes and modelling them.

More than 40 pupils from the College of North West London in Wembley showed off their best creations from the past year and strutted down the catwalk in front of a packed audience.

There were nine fashion collections presented by the students of the School of Arts, including: The London Project, Structure, Folk Culture, Fabric Manipulation, The Client Brief, Customise and Materialise, Shirts and Ties, Flower Power and the Final Major Project.

Danine Seaton, 30, from Stonebridge, is a first year level three fashion student.

She said: “It was great fun to be involved in the show. I wasn’t nervous to be presenting my designs as I’d done the research and produced work that I felt confident about. We were all very proud to see our clothes on the catwalk.”

Principal Vicki Fagg added: “I think it was a fantastic show and the students have all been extremely creative. The students presented really exceptional ideas and I predict that they will all go on to find themselves a career in fashion.”
