A crash just left this strange sight on Staines Road in Hounslow last night when a car ended up inside a pedestrian crossing.
Police are now looking for the driver of Scoda who drove off after stopping briefly following the smash after 5pm with the Rover that ended up on the crossing outside the Big Yellow Storage building.
The female driver was slightly injured but did not go to hospital, and the car was removed a few hours later.
But not before it caught the attention of people walking by.
Wellington Avenue resident Mike Morrison, who sent in this picture using our Send us stories tool, said: "People were physically having to walk into the road. It's actually quite narrow there for cars anyway."
