A Harrow student who lured her ex-boyfriend to a car park where hewas repeatedly stabbed and left for dead has been jailed.

Judge David Mole QC today (Monday) at Harrow Crown Court, sentenced Pinky Patel, 22, of Liddell Close,Kenton, to 10 years behind bars.

Patel coaxed 25-year-old Rakesh Patel into an attack by two thugsin November 2006 and was found guilty of conspiracy to cause GBH by a jury on June 23.

Jahesh Velani, 26, of Plaistow, east London, her former boyfriend, was also found guilty of wounding with intent and jailed for 10 years.

Sentencing the pair Judge Mole said: "I have no doubt you knew Mr Patel would be stabbed and in fact brought him into a position where this would happen.

"This was the sort of grievous bodily harm that someone's not expected to recover from.
"In my opinion I can't distinguish between you as being worse or better than each other."
Mr Patel was stabbed so seriously his internal organs fell out of the wound and had to be replaced at the scene by police.
Judge Mole said: "There's no doubt you have caused the most serious harm to Rakesh, both physically and psychologically.
"I don't think either of you show any real remorse, but I can only hope that this will come in future."
Speaking to the Harrow Observer outside court Mr Patel said: "I'm delighted with the result and I just want to thank everyone who worked so hard."
