STREET performers are hoping to draw a crowd when they perform in Hounslow High Street on Saturday September 21.

The show, Spin Cycle, is said to be one of London’s most ambitious and outrageous outdoor performances, and features circus aerialists, dancers, singers, poets and local young performers.

It tells the story of a game show and its panel of competitors each trying to win the ‘ultimate luxury lifestyle’, and will be performed outside Holy Trinity Church at 3pm.

Spin Cycle has been commissioned by Circulate; a consortium of six art centres aiming to develop an outdoor arts network in Outer London, building on the success of the outdoor arts programme within the London 2012 Cultural Festival.

Mayor of London Boris Johnson said: "Culture has a critical role to play in the success of our city, helping to breathe new life into local high streets and I am delighted to support this exciting new imitative bringing cultural activity to outer London."
