A SOUTHALL man has been stabbed to death at a nightclub in Kingston in the early hours of this morning (Thursday).

Jamie Sanderson, 20, was found inside Oceana nightclub in Clarence Street at about 3.30am on October 25 with a stab wound. He died in an ambulance on his way to hospital.

His next of kin have been informed.

Acting Detective Chief Inspector Mark Lawson, who is leading the investigation, said: “I am appealing for anyone who was in the Oceana nightclub at around the time of this incident to come forward and speak to my team.

“This incident took place in the vicinity of the ground floor cloakroom toilets - if you were in that area of the club and saw the altercation, or the events leading up to this altercation, you may have vital evidence which could help this investigation.”

A 22-year-old man has been arrested and remained in custody at a south London police station.
