A 55-year-old South Harrow man is due before magistrates today (Thursday) accused of sexually touching a boy under the age of 13.
Keith Clack, of Concord Terrace, Coles Crescent, denies two Sexual Offences Act charges that allegedly occured on the Rayners Lane Estate some time between September 1 2006 and August 31 2007, and on September 1 2007.
He was scheduled to appear at Harrow Magistrates' Court, Rosslyn Crescent, Harrow, at 10am today, for the second time.
The case had been adjourned from August 7, when Clack was granted bail on the condition he did not contact the alleged victim.
