A singer is ready for his career to soar as he prepares for a tour and the release of his single.

Andre Kirlew, 27, of Ealing Broadway , will release his single Into the Fire world wide in a week before heading off to Lisbon, Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand or Korea to perform in various places.

The performer, whose stage name is Alien Kidd, said: “The story of the single to me is when you’re stressed out it’s like you have flames, but even if you are you should dance through the flames and get through life.

“In 2009 I had my TV debut, I was being promoted on MTV, and in 2012 I did a video and was on HiTV with my single Precious Candy.

“I have been doing this since I was 12 and I think I have got a good 10 years of hard dancing in me left.”

The Alien Kidd said he is very into his music and image which he describes as ‘different’.

He said he has always felt alien and not like an average boy, which is why he chose the stage name.

Mr Kirlew, who has grown up in Ealing and Perivale , added: “Before I was doing pop and r ‘n’ b. Now I’m doing very good pop music with a rocky edge- it’s very different, like me.

“I’m looking forward to being able to express myself and have financial stability."
