For someone who declares themselves undecided on which seat to go for in the 2015 general election, Boris Johnson is certainly no stranger to Uxbridge and South Ruislip.

The Mayor of London has been a frequent visitor to these parts, dropping in on the local election campaign trail, on his own re-election campaign, then to boost his vision for Heathrow Airport, go down the Battle of Britain bunker at RAF Uxbridge or just to give his old mate Ray Puddifoot a hand.

And the people here - many of them anyway - seem to love him. Wherever he goes, the Mayor of London is mobbed by people wanting to ask a question or take a picture.

Or, as in the case of Lelung Rinpoche, grab a quick 'selfie' with the Mayor on a Tube train. So overwhelmed was the Buddhist monk when he encountered Boris on the Metropolitan Line a few months ago, he jumped off at his stop and left his bag containing his laptop on the train.

But is Uxbridge and South Ruislip (a hotly tipped would-be constituency for Boris) a good move? For a bit of fun we have taken one of our football transfer poll widgets and 'Boris-ified' to give you a say.

It seems even David Cameron is using footballing metaphors!

Radio 2 DJ Chris Evans suggested no one knows where Uxbridge is. We complied a list of a few things we feel put Uxbridge on the map.
