SEVEN people have been charged with violent disorder in relation to a man who was murdered near a pub.

Five men and two boys aged 15 and 16 were charged on Saturday, following the death of 25-year-old roofer Luke Fitzpatrick in Crest Road, Dollis Hill.

Keanu Foster, 18, of Ainsworth Close, Dollis Hill, Joshua Beckford, 18, of Blenheim Gardens, Willesden Green, Ezekial Moore, 19, of Shepherds Walk, Dollis Hill, Francois Somers, 18, of Neasden Lane North, Neasden, Aaron Sukkar, 18, of Mitchellbrook Way, Neasden, and the 15 and 16 year olds, who cannot be named, were all charged with violent disorder following police investigations.

Mr Fitzpatrick died from stab wounds on May 19 last year after leaving the Ox and Gate pub in Dollis Hill where he was watching a football match with his father, Bernard.

Two men have already been convicted of his murder, and one of manslaughter.

Two 16-year-old boys and a 19-year-old man have been released from bail with no further action to be taken. An 18-year-old remains on bail until an unspecified date.

The seven who were charged will appear at Brent Youth Court on Thursday, August 22.
