A SCHOOLBOY has been arrested in connection with the stabbing of a man, believed to be a shopkeeper, in St John's Parade, Ealing.

The 52-year-old victim suffered two small puncture wounds in an attack in Mattock Lane near St John's Church.

He was taken to hospital at about 1pm on Friday (May 17) and discharged the same day.

A 14-year-old has been charged with wounding with intent and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place. He has been bailed to appear in court in July.
