Santa checked in at one of the many Teletubby-style huts cropping up in Hounslow as he paid a visit to Alexandra Primary School.
The school, in Denbigh Road, Hounslow, is the latest to get one of the sound-proof huts, funded by Heathrow for schools under the flight paths.
Santa set up his grotto last Thursday (December 11) and Friday in one of the buildings, which bear a passing resemblance to the igloos found at his home in the North Pole.
The school also invited parents in this Monday (December 15) to see inside the huts, created using space age technology invented for moon encampments.
Hounslow Heath Infant and Nursery School was the first school in the borough to get the domed adobe huts, which enable students to study outdoors with some relief from the noise of jets thundering overhead.
They proved so popular Heathrow last year invited 21 other schools to apply for a share of £1.8 million to build similar structures.
