THREE men have denied murder and other charges over the fatal shooting of a nursery teacher while she celebrated her 24th birthday.

Mother-of-one Sabrina Moss (pictured), from Neasden, died from a gunshot wound to the chest in Kilburn High Road, Kilburn, at around 4am on August 24 last year.

Her friend Sabrina Gachette, also 24, and two other men, Mahad Ahmed and Edson Da Silva, were also injured.

Martell Warren, 22, of Napier Road, Kensal Green; Hassan Hussain, 29, of Cranhurst Road, Willesden Green; and Yassin James, 19, of Chaplain Road, Wembley; appeared at the Old Bailey via videolink from prison on Friday for the plea and case management hearing.

All three entered not guilty pleas to the murder of Sabrina Moss and three counts of the attempted murders of Sabrina Gachette, Mahad Ahmed and Edson Da Silva, two counts of possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life and two counts of conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm to Mahad Ahmed and Edson Da Silva.

A fourth man, Simon Baptiste, 29, of Rondu Road, Cricklewood, is charged with conspiring to cause grievous bodily harm and pleaded not guilty.

All the defendants have been remanded back in custody and will stand trial on June 3 for an estimated six weeks.
