Queens Park Rangers stars brought some early Christmas cheer to children at Hillingdon Hospital.

Players from the Premiership football team spent time on the Tinkerbell, Peter Pan and Wendy wards, speaking to excited patients, parents and staff, signing autographs and posing for photographs.

The players also handed out gifts to the patients including scarfs, hats, books and DVDs.

Pat McGee, play specialist at the hospital in Pield Heath Road, said: “We are so grateful to QPR for making the effort to come and visit the children, their families and the ward staff.

“The players could not have been more generous with their time and they were fantastic with the children.”
