I lost my purse while shopping in Hayes Town on Wednesday, October 16.
The purse only contained my travel card, identity card and a few pounds, but the loss was still upsetting.
However, the next day I received a call to my office - the Halifax, Hayes branch - to advise the purse had been handed in.
Much to my surprise,I collected my purse complete with all contents including the money.
I would like to express my appreciation and thanks to the person who found and handed in my purse.
You have restored my faith in human nature and the people of Hayes in general.
I hope your good deed and consideration will be returned to you ten fold. You deserve it. Thank you so much.
