Preserve those RAF huts too

With reference to the rebuilding of the pillars at Tudor Way [Tudor piers fix is such a waste, Letters, October 8].

The council says that wherever possible it will preserve local heritage.

Will it be preserving the huts that form the Battle of Britain Club at RAF Uxbridge?

This building, I feel, is of far more importance than two brick columns.
