Is it really beyond Hillingdon Council Trading Standards department's remit to have taken and destroyed the pornographic videos that they first found at Mr Patel's premises in October 2005 [Porn man: "It's not my fault", Hayes Gazette, September 24]?
To go through the whole procedure in court, with him bleating: "Its not my fault'', says that someone needs to look at stopping this sort of crime fast and hard. The law is far too soft.
