WITNESSES are being sought after an incident in Brent that left a 34-year-old man with a serious head injury.

Police have issued an appeal after a man went to Harlesden Police Station concussed and confused, saying he had been robbed of his mobile phone moments before in the Inman Road area.

He could not remember what happened before and after the robbery.

The victim had a cut to his head and bruising around the eyes and was taken to hospital.

The incident happened on Saturday, October 22, at about 7.30pm.

The officer in the case, PC Martina English, said: “I would like to speak to anyone who was in the area of Inman Road and saw the victim and what happened to him.”
