Police were called to an emergency scene after a man had fallen from the roof of a building.
The incident happened on Thursday at 1pm, where officers worked alongside the London Ambulance Service.
The man was treated at the scene for head and back injuries.
He was later taken to a West London hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
Officers are treating the incident as non-suspicious.
