A group of tiny toddlers from a Pinner based nursery took part in a sponsored charity walk.

Youngsters from the Cheeky Chums Nursery in Eastcote Road, Pinner enjoyed the Toddle for Water- a sponsored walk to raise money to provide clean water and sanitation to some of the world’s poorest children.

The tiny tots made their way to Pinner Memorial Park on Friday, September 12 accompanied by parents, grandparents and lots of balloons.

The children managed to raise over £75 for WellFound, a Greenford based charity who guarantee that 100 per cent of all donations are spent directly on their projects.

Event coordinator at WellFound, Sarah Berry said: “We are very grateful to Cheeky Chums for supporting WellFound, the money raised will help our work in villages in Guinea Bissau, where the building of a Well will not only save lives through clean safe water but will also enable children to attend school instead of spending time collecting water.”
