An elderly pedestrian is in critical condition following a collision with a heavy goods vehicle Harlesden.
Police were called to Craven Park Road and the junction with St Mary's Road shortly before 3.40pm on April 24, where they found an 87-year-old woman who had been in collision with an HGV lorry.
She was taken by ambulance to a hospital in east London where she remains in a critical condition. Her family have been informed.
The driver of the lorry stopped at the scene and no arrests have been made.
One person at the scene tweeted that the Air Ambulance had also attended.
Detectives from the Met’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit at Alperton, want to speak to anyone who witnessed the accident or saw the injured pedestrian prior to the collision, and asking them to call their information line on 020 8991 9555.
Police enquiries continue.
