A woman arrested on suspicion of the murder of Paul Thrower has been bailed, as two further suspects appear at the Old Bailey.

The woman, aged 40, was arrested at her home in Hayes on Monday, and detectives investigating last month's fatal stabbing have bailed her. She joins three others, aged 16, 17, 18 and all males, who are due to return from bail in April.

Two teenage boys aged 16 and 17, who appeared briefly at Uxbridge youth court on Monday (March 3), went before an Old Bailey judge today (Wednesday).

They were kept in custody, and will enter pleas on May 20 with another accused 17-year-old, who appeared at the same court yesterday (Tuesday).

It is likely that the cases will be linked .

The suspects charged for the crime cannot be named for legal reasons.

Mr Thrower, 46 (pictured) was allegedly knifed on a communal balcony in the block of flats where he lived in St Dunstans Close, Hayes, at around 9.35pm on February 20.

He suffered wounds on his back and head, and a post mortem examination gave the cause of death as a stab wound to the heart.

All three boys live in Hayes, but none live in the block of flats where the incident happened.

In total, seven people have been arrested in the investigation, three of which have been charged, and police are still appealing for information.

The 16-year-old was initially charged with grievous bodily harm with intent, but this was changed to murder by the Crown Prosecution Service on Sunday last week.
