A SUMMER activity programme for young people came to a triumphant close last night (Monday) in full party spirit.
An event hosted at Liquid Nightclub, Uxbridge, specially for those who took part in the programme was hosted by children's televsion presenter Gemma Hunt, and featured rock bands, a fashion show, and street dance artists.
The celebration of the close of the FIESTA programme gave youngsters the opportunity to showcase the hard work they have put in through the summer learning new skills and having fun.
Dettie Quirke, FIESTA programme manager said: "This years FIESTA has been the biggest and best we have ever had in Hillingdon and Monday's event was all about letting young people show the skills and talents that have developed over this summer.
"The celebration event is a great opportunity to bring all of the young people who have worked so hard and with so much enthusiasm together and look back on what has been a fantastic summer."
