Staff at North Harrow station are the most impressive on the entire London Underground network, it was revealed last night.
Transport for London employees at the stop in Imperial Drive, North Harrow, scooped the 'London Underground customer service team of the year' award at last night's London Transport Awards - the first stop outside zone one to ever win it.
They attracted more passenger votes than any other station to triumph.
Elsewhere, Brent Council took home the 'most improved transport borough' award and London Underground earned the 'public transport operator of the year' award.
Brent Council's citation read: "Most improved transport borough Brent Council was recognised for cutting the number of people killed or seriously injured on Brent’s roads by three-fifths, with child casualties down by three-quarters.
"Dependency on cars has been cut, with 300 new cycle parking stands installed and walking routes upgraded. There are now 31 car clubs in Brent and 170 locations now have travel plans."
