PAPARRAZI waiting for a shot of Gary Glitter arriving for his court date will have to bide their time a little longer.

The glam rocker returned to Britain this morning and was expected at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court in connection with his convictions for paedophillia.

Police met him at Heathrow Airport and want him to be given three days to sign the Sex Offenders Register before he is free to make a new life.

However, Glitter, 64, real name Paul Gadd, is now no longer coming to court today (Friday) and at the time of writing his solicitor was preparing to make a statement to the press pack.
