A MODEL from Ruislip is back again to conquer the galaxy and this year she is aiming for the stars.

Beauty therapist Natalia Kaminska, 25, has been crowned Miss Middlesex Galaxy in the regional final of a competition to find England’s top beauty queen.

The model, from Pembroke Road, will now represent Middlesex in the national final of Miss Galaxy England 2013, where she will be competing with girls from all over the country.

It will be Natalia’s second year competing in the contest and last year she placed in the top 10 out of 56 girls and scooped the prize for Miss Pageant Girl Galaxy, awarded to the girl with the most beauty pageant potential.

She said: “I am so excited about competing again and placing top 10 or better will be a bonus.”

The Miss Galaxy contest was launched in the UK in 2008 by former beauty pageant contestant Holly Ikin.

For the first three years, two contests were held: Miss Galaxy UK and Miss Teen Galaxy UK.

In 2011 the competition became so popular that six separate finals were held for Miss and Miss Teen titles in England, Wales and Scotland.

If Natalia wins at the Miss Galaxy England final in March she will travel to the USA to compete with winners from across the globe in the Miss Galaxy International final, to be held in the summer.
