A missing teenage girl with mental health problems has been found safe and well.
Police in Ealing have thanked the media for their assistance in publicising the appeal.
Rhiain, who suffers from Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and Oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), had not taken her medication for more than a week while missing.
The 15-year-old has been missing more than 100 times over the last two years, but this was the longest she had ever disappeared for.
Her mum, Kay Clarke, 42, said: “She will believe anybody and has no sense of self danger. We have never got to the bottom of where she runs. She was going off with older men and has been sexually groomed in the past.
“Windows and doors have to be locked up.”
ADHD is a group of behavioural symptoms that include inattentiveness, hyperactivity and impulsiveness.
ODD is a disorder where children have disruptive and oppositional behaviour particularly directed towards authority figures, such as parents or teachers.
