A dementia sufferer who has been missing from her home in Westminster since the early hours of this morning has been found safe and well.

Police say 77-year-old Hilma Sealy has been located and thanks all those who helped with their appeal.

Officers were called after it was noticed the pensioner was not at her Maida Vale home at 1.50am today, and said they were growing increasingly concerned for her safety and well-being.

The said the afro-Caribbean woman, who wears glasses and uses a walking stick, enjoyed travelling on public transport and may have boarded a bus.

In another missing person development, police today appealed for information on missing teenager Sam Jeffries from Twickenham, who has not been seen since December 3.
