A missing 13-year-old girl of Ealing has now been found safe and well.

Police, who were appealing for assistance in tracing the schoolgirl, said Hanaa Bennis was found today (December 5) in Acton.

A spokesman from the Met Police said: "We thank the media for their assistance in publicising this appeal."

Hanaa went missing after being seen at 5.30pm yesterday (December 4) close to the Morrisons in King Street, Acton.

Hanaa is described as 5ft 5ins tall, with long brown hair and brown eyes.

When last seen she was wearing her school uniform; a navy blazer, white shirt, grey tie, black trousers and black shoes. She was also wearing a black 'Superdry' raincoat with a pink logo on the back.

It was thought she may have travelled to the Hounslow area.
