Police have made a CCTV appeal to trace four people, after a woman was kicked in the face during an attempted street robbery in Yiewsley.

The victim, aged 34, fought off attackers who tried to steal her rucksack in an alleyway on November 30 last year, but was assaulted and had to be treated for injuries at hospital.

She had got off the 222 bus at Yiewsley library bus stop at around 6.45pm, and noticed that four men followed her as she walked down a secluded path leading to what is believed to be Tesco car park, in Chantry Close.

One of the men approached her from behind and tried to steal her bag.

The woman fell to the ground in the struggle, and she was kicked in the face before the culprits ran off.

Police want to trace these men in connection with an attempted robbery near Chantry Close, Yiewsley, on November 30 2013.

The suspects are described as being aged between 16 and 25-years-old, with short cropped hair.

There have been no arrests, and officers have now released a CCTV image in the hope that someone will recognise them.

If you know who these people are, or you can help police with the investigation, call 101, or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
