MEN were challenged to tackle an F1 motor racing test at a shopping centre to help raise money for cxity.
Shoppers could also get autographs from a Lewis Hamilton lookalike at the event organised by the Prostate Cancer Cxity at The Chimes, in High Street, Uxbridge on Saturday.
It was held to raise awareness about prostate cancer and offer advice on early detection of the disease. It also coincided with Men's Health Week and promoted ways of getting fit as well as offering information on illnesses which affect men and boys.
Michelle Moffitt, The Chimes marketing manager, said: "We're pleased the Formula 1 challenge was such a hit. The aim was to engage with male shoppers, with an opportunity for them to learn about health issues that relate to boys and men alike."
More than 35,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer in the UK each year and of those more than 10,000 die from the disease.
