The godfather of modern cooking, Marco Pierre White, is bringing his no-frills cooking to Syon Park’s Hilton hotel.

The restaurateur who has been called the first celebrity chef of the UK restaurant scene, will be opening up the new Steakhouse Bar and Grill next month.

Renowned for his no-frills food philosophy, the chef has promised to bring ‘affordable glamour’ to the hotel in the grounds of the Duke of Northumberland's famous house , with a menu which pays homage to simple yet delicious British fare.

An extensive medley of steak cuts and meats celebrating local, seasonal produce will be the focus in the grill, and the bar will have its own food menu for guests who prefer a quick bite, as well as drinks freshly prepared by the head mixologist.

Opening just in time for Easter, the hotel is offering Easter egg decorating followed by a traditional Easter egg hunt in the hotel’s grounds as part of a packing including a long weekend stay and Easter Day lunch at the new grill.

Reservations are being taken from April 17 and can be made by calling 020 8380 1590. For more information visit www.londonsyonpark.com
