A MAN gunned down in broad daylight later died from his injuries.

Nezir Golaj, 45, of Garth Road, Cricklewood, suffered multiple gunshot wounds in Hendon Way, on Thursday last week.

Motorists were forced to avoid the A41, which was closed in both directions by police after they were called at about 8.30am.
